- Yes. We support OEM/ODM projects from concept alignment and sampling through mass production and delivery. Contact our team with your requirements.
- MOQ depends on product type and customization level: standard products 50+ units per model, custom products 100+ units per model. MOQ can be reduced 30-50% for first cooperation to support trial orders, we support batch delivery and mixing standard products.
- Most standard products come with at least a one-year warranty (commercial lighting 3 years, industrial/outdoor lighting 5 years), subject to product specification or contract. For after-sales support, please prepare your order details and contact us. Free replacement or repair for non-human damage during warranty period.
- Yes. Sample availability depends on the model and project stage. Shipping is usually charged separately. Standard samples 3-5 working days, modified samples 7-10 working days, new custom samples 15-25 working days. Sample fees can be fully or partially refunded after mass orders.
- For OEM/ODM production the certification is held by you under your own brand, so we do not publish certificates on this site. We support your certification process end to end: preparing and reserving test samples, supplying component, material and construction documentation, adapting the design to the scheme requirements, and working with the test laboratory you appoint for schemes such as UL/cUL, CE, RoHS, FCC, SAA, PSE or KC. Our factory operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system, and our in-house lab (integrating sphere, ageing room, salt-spray chamber) lets us pre-check performance before formal submission.
- Strict quality control: incoming inspection (IQC) → process inspection (IPQC, including AOI testing and 100% aging test) → outgoing inspection (OQC, AQL 2.5/4.0 standard). Reliability tests include high temperature and humidity, thermal shock, salt spray test, drop test, etc. Defect rate <0.5%, we support third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, BV).
- Please provide target model list, quantity, destination market and certification or customization requirements, we will reply with quotation and estimated lead time promptly. Standard production 10-15 days, small customization 15-25 days, large customization 25-40 days. Pricing and payment terms are quoted per project.
- We normally quote FOB, FCA or EXW. Common loading points are Yantian (Shenzhen), Shekou (Shenzhen), Nansha (Guangzhou) and Xiaolan (Zhongshan) for sea freight, and Hong Kong (HKG) for air freight. The production lead times above are ex-works and do not include international transport; we can work with the forwarder you appoint or arrange booking on your behalf.
- We highly value customer IP, mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed. Independent team for customer project, dedicated production lines and storage areas. Customer designs are not displayed on website or exhibitions, molds are for exclusive use, we do not produce similar designs for other customers.
- Factory area 8,000 square meters, 100+ employees (20+ technicians), 6 production lines (SMT 1 + assembly 5), monthly capacity 20,000+ units.
